If your child is absent from school, please contact the school office before 9.30 a.m by either calling us on 01483 472047—option 1 or emailing us at absences@hermitage.surrey.sch.uk. A letter detailing the dates and reason for absence should accompany the child on his/her return to enable us to keep our records up to date. A child with sickness and/or diarrhoea should not return to school for at least 48 hours after the last episode.
