In Year 5 we have just started a new topic called ‘We are Scientists’. For our entry point, we had to make the tallest tower possible out of marshmallows and spaghetti. It was quite hard as the marshmallows were heavy, so it was difficult to make the towers balance. We   enjoyed eating the marshmallows afterwards! The next day we had another project to do. It was to make a parachute for an egg. We could choose from a variety of different materials. When our time was up we all went out onto the trimtrial to see what would happen when we dropped them off the top of the bridge. We recommend that you try some science because it is such fun!
