At The Hermitage School, we aim to be a Values Based School. 

A Value is a principle that guides our thinking and our behaviour.

At The Hermitage, every individual is valued for who they are and what they contribute to the school. Values are intended to support the personal, social and spiritual development of every pupil throughout the school.

We have six main values at school, please see our 'Values Tree' below.  Each of these values is looked at every half term; to aid and deepen children's understanding, we have broken each value down into a further six values, please see our individual 'Values Trees' below.
